Are Pinebook images compatible with Pine64+?
#1
Title says it all.

All images in Pine64+ are old paricularly android images.

Are Pinebook images compatible with Pine64+?

I tried to boot Manjaro LXQT image but there was no screen activity.

If they are not compatible how to modify them?

Not straight from the A64+ download page. Likely the linux images will need to include the additional hardware of the Pinebook. Did you already try one of the Pinebook linux images (Original, 1080P)? Try one of these Manjaro images for the Pinebook.

What version? Manjaro dropped LXQT for the PB with the release of 19.06 or .08.

Could you elaborate when you say "built on Pine64+"? Manjaro has seperate images for A64+ and Pinebook. If you wanted to use LXQT, I suggest the XFCE replacement image.

Sorry it was this image https://osdn.net/projects/manjaro-arm/st...fce/19.08/
I tried it on Pine64+ because there is no specific manjaro image for Pine64+
Is there a way to modify it?

Ah! I misunderstood your goal/question.

Here's an option you might try, a user here on Pine has submitted their own build for the 64+.

This forum thread might also be of help. Another user asks about modifying an image for the 64+.

If you don't have an account on the Manjaro Arm boards, I suggest it. Strit and the other devs are very responsive and helpful.

There is not, but ayufan made a good 7.1 image for it, and you can still get Bliss OS for the A64+ from the downloads page. I haven't been able to try Bliss yet (I'd like to,) but i can speak for ayufan's 7.1 build. It works very well!
