Pretty nice and a good idea! Can you cut the clear other shell of the case well enough? It would look even smoother I guess.

Yes you can cut the clear side using a sharp cutter, but it is little difficult to make holes in it. I haven't tried that as I used all I had for a hologram Smile

what did u use for spacers?

Did you have to make the holes for the standoffs/spacers bigger? I have some brass ones from PC building and they seem too big for the holes in the board but I'm sure they are the M3 size everyone says you should use.

I would never tamper with the board and, though I'm no expert, my advice is not to do so. I had that issue, I wanted to use some stuff I had around for spacers and they were too big, so I just forgot about it and thought of something else.

You can crack the plastic, or any of the circuit or resin layers. In theory there should be no problem, but if I can think 2 or3 things that could go wrong, then there should be more.
