Change of address or cancelation of order.

Hi.

First off, I'm backer 27,630. I have not received my board yet. But that's secondary right now.

At May 29, I made another order for 2 x 2gb boards (order: 8163411). There, I've made a small typo in the address and I sent a mail to sales@pine64.com the same day with the correct address. After waiting for a reply. I resent the mail again at Jun 9. Yesterday I forwarded it to shipping@pine64.com.

If you guys can't fix this. Please cancel the order and repay me. I won't argue about the Kickstarter situation. That is ok and I'm happy to wait for it. But you guys not answering my mails. In 10 days, it will be a month without contact. This is not acceptable.

Sorry, Of course it should have been June 29 and Jul 9, not May 29 and Jun 9.

Well yes and no. I got a shipment for the KS object. However, the instructions about my address was not really correct. You guys added the old c/o string. This won't really be a problem hopefully but still.

Also please refer to the mail regarding the address when sending my order from the store. When will that be sent? The banner said mid July and we are closing in on August. However, getting my KS is a good start.

Well, you have done it again. I've sent a mail 2 month ago and asked you to fix my address before shipping the product both to sales and shipping. And you failed to do that. Also this thread is 8 days old. Let's see if the parcel arrives. Otherwise you'll just have to send me a new package. Because this is truely UNACCEPTABLE.

Delivery but no playbox and the parcel was shipped to the wrong address so I had to drive 21 miles (35 kilometers) to fetch it. Cancel the playbox and send me 2 ABS boxes instead. Should be about the same price since I had to pay to fetch the parcel that you guys sent to the wrong address.
