Plasma Mobile Taskbar / Navigation Bar is Missing & Upper Panel

Plasma Mobile bottom taskbar / Navigation Bar & upper panel are missing from the dev edition of Manjaro Plasma KDE.

And upon install of OS, within command prompt I tried:

Code:

$ killall plasmashell
$ rm ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-applets
$ plasmashell &

And this did not resolve the issue after a reboot.

Any steps I can take to resolve this issue?

One could wait for daily updates to solve this issue. Else reinstall a working version and not update. The 10-21 release is usable on this issue.
