@as400 This did the trick, thank you soo much! Finally, the pbp got close to being useful for me!

I am now in the process of finishing the updated guide I have written for my blog that covers all the pbp-specific steps in detail (u-boot compilation, additional modules in initramfs, self-compiled kernel). Stay tuned.
