What we don't see is the ratio of problems. No one ever complains if everything works. If they sold only 500 PinePhones and only 500 Pinebook Pros, it's still pretty close to 100%.
I'm a little disappointed in Pine64

From my close and critical observation of the PinePhone forums I estimate the number of the reported serious hardware problems (more or less defective phones delivered) at about 50-100 cases.
This is a small number compared to the total sold number and does NOT show insufficient quality control. However, as I said before, @tllim should care that the staff handling the case management do their job correctly (e.g. in a more generous way).

Well, here's my update now.
Tllim had answered my pm. I had written him regarding the situation of my ticket and he asked for the id of it. Then i've received a message there. But that was it. I haven't received a ticket update from that point anymore (9 days ago) and tllim told me, that i should talk about that with the support (great, if i can't really reach them...). From that point on i haven't received any answer to my tickets nor from tllim. I'm not just a little disappointed anymore. I feel scammed. Greetings Janik |
