We are all aching to receive our pine64 products as well, where are you located and what did you get?

I'm in Minneapolis with my new Pinebook Pro.

DHL was incredibly fast. This thing was in Hong Kong yesterday.

Did you get a text from DHL at all? I'm from Canada and also used DHL, just curious- because if you did NOT receive a text that means my Pine phone could be in my city right now, if you DID receive a text I can deduce my phone is still across the world.

I had to specifically sign up for texts on DHL's website. Once I did that, I started getting progress texts.

I see, and you where given a tracking number? I only have a Pine64 order number from when my order was first received.
[EDIT] Interesting, I've gotten off the phone from DHL and my package has yet to be received by them. There must be quite the backlog of orders.

I just received my Pinebook Pro in Florida. Yesterday, DHL had sent me a message stating it was expected to arrive on Monday, then this morning I got another message stating it was out for delivery. I received both SMS and email messages from DHL, without having interacted with them. They did send a link in one of the SMS texts allowing me to authorize the box to be delivered without a signature, which I opted to do and I'm glad I did, because I got a final text an hour later stating it had been delivered, and I never heard the truck.

Yes..... if you didn't get your tracking number that means it hasn't been received yet.  Remember, pinebook pros started shipping on the 24th.  That doesn't mean they all wer sent on the 24th.

I guess DHL changed their process a little bit,  Since when I received my first and my second Pinebook Pro's,

  First I received text when they got the package in Hong Kong,

  Then updates when it arrived in the USA,   next I received text from the Delivery person,   first thing in the morning, then every few hours as he got closer to where I  
    
am located, the last text was about 2 hours before the actual delivery.

The delivery person did ask in one text,  if the laptop could be left at the door if no one answered the door,   or should they leave it with a neighbor.

I never had to contact them,  but I did need to reply to them in a few of the texts.

Since it was identical for 2 separate Pinebook deliveries I assumed that was the "standard process"

You ought to be able to see the invoice/order number in your Paypal receipt.

Look for the line Invoice ID: WC-NNNNNN and NNNNNN is the number you're looking for!
