I may be mistaken, but why is it called a pinetab when it looks like a pinelaptop?  Big Grin

Because it's a pine(64)tab(let)

The easiest way to answer most? of your questions is to read the monthly update postings on the News Blog.  If you look at the black bar at the top of the page it has a heading titled News Blog.  If you lick on that it will take you to where the monthly updates are posted and by reading the back issues it will provide most of the details you are seeking.

Looked at the first couple posts and not seeing anything.

Perhaps putting important information regarding the device is better suited to the "devices->pinetab" page?
