Thanks Luke. I should mention I didn’t get a mail saying it was shipped from factory either so it’s not DHLs notification I am waiting for it’s that it’s shipped from factory

I've only received the email from Sept. about delay.

I too have not received any tracking info, so still just patiently waiting!

Same here. I didn't even receive an email about any delays, only read about it on the website.

The only email I received is my order confirmation for "14″ PINEBOOK Pro LINUX LAPTOP (64GB eMMC, ISO Keyboard) - Estimated Dispatch in October 2019."

But no rush, take your time to figure out what is going on. Thanks for your help.
