keyboard broken?

Hi guys,

Just a simple question: on my 14" pinebook (which is used daily using the excellent linux support, even layouting magazines using scribus) the keyboard is stopping functioning. '1' 'Backspace' and the right shift key don't register anymore. What should I do now? Are new keyboards available, should i wait for the  pro model to arrive ? I wouldn't mind opening the box, it has been opened before (i.e. replacing to emmc with a 64Gb one)

Any suggestions will be apriciated and sorry for any spelling mistakes as a non native speaker...
