I would email Pine64 or PM tllim.

How can I check the shipment status? The best way still email support@pine64.com, knowing that their currently response is slow. In general, the early bird 2GB + Wifi batch should already been processed.

In short, you can't help us, since you have no idea what's actually shipping/shipped, and the people you're referring us to for help can't help us because they're overloaded as well.

Everyone has their assigned job, tllim has been doing a great job of answering questions from the forum, but tllim can't answer specific questions about specific orders because that's someone else's assigned job. The people he's referring everyone to can't answer because there are tens of thousands of orders to fulfill, and it's quite difficult to find one order out of 35,000+. I agree that we aren't getting answers for a lot of the stuff we want to, but i've accepted the idea that it'll be like that until the Kickstarter orders get shipped out. I'd love to get answers on a lot of stuff, like "when's my order shipping?" and "where's my tracking number", but it's kinda difficult for a small group of people to answer everyone's individual question. I'm not too stoked about KS fulfillment procedures so far, but it can't be good to spam emails. Be patient. A lot of orders have already been sent out, but tracking numbers have yet to be updated individually to everyone's backerkit. I wouldn't be surprised if some receive their board before their tracking number

I thought by getting the February Early Bird I would have it by May when I move, but it's looking more and more like that isnt going to happen.

After spending almost a month trying to get my address changed.
Having emailed sales@pine.com support@pine.com, posting here and on Kickstarter absolutely nothing has happened, no one has attempted to change my address and indeed sales say I cannot despite the kickstarter update claiming I can. Well as of today I don't live at my old address so thank you very much Pine for being so spectacularly useless that even with a month of contact attempts you have done nothing and guaranteed I will never receive the items I paid to back.

If so just register a change of address form and forwarding request with the USPS and you should still receive it no problem. There do need to be some clear instructions and a process for address changes. Especially for something like this where the risk for delays are so great.

Yeah, i would definitely do the USPS address forward request. Many people have already received their boards without receiving tracking, so your board may already be on its way. I would get that done ASAP!
