After emailing support, a few times and hearing no response.
As well as reading that all Pine64 2GB models with the wifi module should of received shipping information by now.
I have yet to have any information sent my way I just want to know if it has been shipped out yet.
I got charged on the 8th of March and heard nothing since.

So who do I need to talk to?

tllim You said that the A64+ board only and the A64 with WIFI/BT module should've gotten their tracking number by now, you also said that the acrylic case are ready to be shipped too. Can you check the status for people who order the A64+ with WIFI/BT module and Acrylic case. Anyone can answer this as well.

As mentioned, I can give a overall production progress, lets KS team handles on KS email. My own capacity already overload and not able to handle individual request.

Hi tl - I ordered a march A64+ 2GB without any additional components. Should mine be shipped? Because I still havent received a shipping number, status is just "Ready to ship".

Backer Number 172 still not receive the Pine64. Ordered Pine64+ 2GB + WiFi. How can I check the shipment status?

My guess already shipped during last weekend, KS team currently key in tracking information and you may received info on today or tomorrow.

Still no information. The status in backerkit still show ready to ship since 27 Feb 2106.

Seeing many backer had received their Pine64, why backer number 172 still in Ready To Ship status for over 1 month. Anyway to check the status
