You can check with kwiboo whether he plan to resume the OpenPHT development. Kwiboo is also handling LibreElec development. He sometimes pop into this forum.

Kwiboo has been posting semi regularly on this thread too...(im asuming is the same kwiboo since the dev tag and all)
