Hi,
What steps have you taken to confirm that the LCD does not work? Please describe giving details of what you did, how you connected the LCD, what operating system image you are using/trying to use, how you burned said operating system, which power supply you are using, and which microSD card. And any other information you can provide that you think might be relevant.
All Kickstarter provided power supply etc.
Update. I got mine working. First. Make sure your are using a clean SD card and try not to overwrite legacy software. Also use the LCD version build. Second. If you have a wireless module that you bought with the Kickstarter kit, REMOVE IT, then boot for the first time. After the device boots initially, turn off and add the wirless module. It should work.
