Slow download speed compared to upload
#1
I tried remix Os last night. Everything worked right out of the box. However slow Ethernet speed is driving me nuts. I'm on Ethernet, no wifi module with my board. I have 75 Mbps at my home, no gigabit. I tested speed and it's around 1.5 Mbps download and 12Mbps upload. Not sure what is limiting the download  speed. Due to this I'm not able to stream at all.

Any help to resolve this is appreciated !!!

well yes because it has gigabit ethernet ports and uness you have specified 100mbit in the config of the router (if settings permit) then it will have issues due to the same bug as others are experiencing. If your router does not let you specify 100mbit mode you may try my temp fix if you have a spare ethernet cable until the drivers are sorted.  http://forum.pine64.org/showthread.php?tid=1739

Thanks a ton: anarchyuk
Youtube and Kodi stream pretty flawless now. Sound is not great though, wonder what could be the issue.
