I have yet to receive my item.  The item was supposedly shipped and in the region of my home, and now I've moved.  I've called the post office and they have no idea what has happened.

Aftership: 5/14/16: Delivery Status Not Updated (previously said out for delivery)


Please let me know what can be done.

You should contact with Post Office on notify them on your move. Please contact with post office whether they can retrieve the package for you. There is nothing that we can do about this situation. If this package return back to us, we will reship to you.
