I received an email on 26 May saying that my order had been shipped and provided me with the following USPS tracking number USPS (9405511699000540553779). When I go to the USPS site, it merely says "pre-shipment Info sent to USPS". I've sent several emails to sales@pine64.com with no response. My order was AFTER the Kickstarter ended. My order # is 102221300.
I really want to know - Has my order really been shipped
- How long do I really need to wait to receive it
- When will Pine issue a trace (or ship me a replacement) if it's been lost somewhere in transit?
Is there anyone monitoring this thread who can help me?

I got my Pine64 package today and I'm very happy! I was hoping that since the Enclosure and Zwave card aren't ready yet, that I could update my shipping address for those items to my new address?

My fiance' just recieved his pine64 and it looks awesome! He didn't even get a shipping notification which came as a surprise for both of us. I however did get a shipping notice on the 28th of May and on aftership it is still saying it is pending while EMS says there is no such number. I did send an email but I am totally understanding that there has not been a reply.
