I had issues with gparted - just letting you know. Come back and report if you got it to work

I tried with PhoenixCard (no DD images for the build I wanted) on two different Windows computers with built in SD card readers (using microSD card adapter) - both failed.   Major PITA - why can't you release a "dd" image?  I don't run Windows, so I have to do this sh!t at work - or borrow one of my daughters' Windows machines....

So I got a dinky little plastic microSD USB card reader I've had for years - put it in Windows (I fenestrated it) and PhoenixCard burn worked...

But still waiting for a ROOTY-TOOT-TOOT'ed (some people on this forum get a bit sooky-la-la when I the use of the "F__K" word - but in Australian English the word "root" means the same thing as "f__k" :-) ) DD Android image (Lollipop or Marshmallow - I don't give a "root") supporting the Pine supplied LCD Touchpanel...

Android without root is next to useless for me...

Did you try this: http://forum.pine64.org/showthread.php?tid=548 ?

Saved me a lot of nerves...

Okay, I had the exact same problem as your first description.
My solution was to downloade "Android PhoenixCard Image Release 20160216"
link: http://files.pine64.org/os/android/Pinea...160216.zip

burn it with "Allwinner PheonixCard Bootable SD-Card Creato"
link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0cEs0l...U1NFk/view

When I burned the image i followed this tutorial:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TjJ62s5DxPc

I did however get an error message (sorry, don't have a screenshot) but I tried to use the card in the pine anyway and it worked Big Grin
I think the pine took 5 min or so to boot.

All the files can also be found at:
