Mine finally showed up on Apr 11 - it was originally ordered Jan 6th and part of the "missed shipment" batch.
The shipment tracking information was very confusing, when it was issued it looked as though it was reusing an ID from a few years prior and included the logs from that package. Tracking ended up going from HK to Switzerland, to NY, to my local post.
Drumroll please......
My PinePhone arrived!!!!!
(and with nothing to pay, so no import duties or anything, which was nice).

2020-01-26 - It was supposed to be sent out but an 'error in the despatch process' - meant those ordered after Jan 6 aren't shipped out. Will be done after Chinese New Year'.
2020-01-07 - I ordered it and paid for it

Still waiting on my Jan 7th Pinephone BH, no updates on the tracking since 2020-03-27 (nowhere even near my continent) at this point I've basically resigned to it being lost somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean. maybe it'll appear in my mailbox sometime next year.
