PinePhone modem keeps "disappearing"

WAIT DONT DO AT+QCFG="usbnet",1 IT HAS ISSUES, MUST BE CORRECTED BY SOMEONE THAT KNOW WHAT DOES. BUT SEEMS RELIABLE THIS APPROACH, but meantime im far to solve

report the state of advancement:
i enabled ECM driver with:
sudo modprobe -r cdc_ether
sudo modprobe cdc_ether

after enabling cdc_ether (ECM) system is stable, but in mobian i have network mode, it is blocked on 2G 3G 4G, [and not 2G 3G 4G (preferred)], i cant choose 4G only.
Volte works, Data works, sms works, call works, but it escape to 2G too often. I must be helped by mobian people on registering network mode, for having 4G only.
Beware this situation could be different because there are different values, like different carrier, different territory, etc etc
