Pinephone not charging and not powering up

My phone would not charge, I had to open a support ticket and my replacement is now in the mail. Took awhile to sort out but they believe it was a bad USB-C daughter board or a main board problem. Since I was one of the hour zero site crashers I will be very happy to finally get to play
