Date and Time changes to august 2115

This exact problem happens to me as well. I am also a Mobian user, updating daily. In addition to jumping to 2115, sometimes the date reverts to about a week in the past. I just manually set the date and time on a daily basis and that makes the phone usable. I had to stop using the pinephone as my daily driver because of this.

Under Region & Language :
In my case,
                        Language:  English (United States)
                        Formats:  United States (English)
And the correct "time zone"
  This corrected my time changing  !
