Rock64 vs pine64

Would it be possible to replace Pine A64 chip in Pinebook by Rock64? and gain some performance?

They would have to redesign the card, ofc.  The Rock64 is not a notebook solution; has no LCD nor battery support. I think Pine should consider making a Rockbook ( redesigned card using the RockChip rather than Allwinner ).

I want to make one.How should I proceed.
What types of changes in hardware and os/kernel will be required in the rock64 android 7 image.

...  I think we've already talked about this...  if not forgive me.  You need to pay an engineering firm some R&D bucks to sort out what is required for your notebook;  the discussion is way beyond the scope of this forum (or its purpose) or the  irc  chat room.  But as I think I've told you previously, is a very costly and time consuming concept indeed.
