My backer number is 27,048, name is charles overly. I have received nothing, would it be possible to get a status of my order? It is now july and nothing.

I will check with shipping facility and response back to you on 2-3 days time.

It is now  July 12, no status yet. I am trying to find info on my own but there is nothing i can find out, nor can i get a status?
