Hi !!
About 3 years ago I made a wooden enclosure design for Raspberry Pi..
Now I've designed to accommodate a Pine A64 board..
IT HAS STRETCHY WOOD!
In this way no need to use screws to assemble the parts and creating openings for ventilation
In this case, I chose to use poplar plywood 5mm thick.
It is not very heavy about 80 grams.
To avoid the high costs of sending mail in Spain.
I still want to know the dimensions that have the battery to resize the enclosure.
I look forward to having the Pine board to test it
A greeting !!
PD: Although the battery problem is solved soon.
Here in Spain there is a group of the University of Cordoba there is a battery designed based on graphene
It renders obsolete the current -ion lithium batteries (density of current batteries 180 Wh / kg)
density of graphene batteries 600 Wh / kg
