I installed mobian-pinephone-phosh-20210427.img and have been running daily updates/upgrades.

I experience the long pause on unlock pretty regularly.

It is pretty consistent when I am playing a podcast. I will be listening, a commercial break will come up, and I will want to wake up the screen to use the fastforward button. I would say the slow unlock happens about 30% of the time.
