Are you running the latest updates? There was a new call manager update today.

The best way to upgrade is from the terminal.

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

Also make sure your APN is set correctly. VoLTE will fail and cause the same problem if it's not.
Thank You Guys. The APN looks to be correct. Im downloading the update now to try it.
