Phone calls on New PMOS Community Edition phones

My calls aren't great on any of the distros, and its driving me crazy. I don't need apps, per say. I could live with out them, I just want talk and text and for it to better about 2 steps better than now.

The audio on the sept 15 mobian nightly build seems pretty good, just the ring-tone for out bound calls seems inconsistent, first had to change in settings> sound on output from 'default' to 'phone call'....
