All these magical meats come from the same animal! Usually you have acceleration and gyroscopic measurements on the device, magnetometers are slightly rarer on such devices due to internal interference. Rotation, tilt, orientation and motion are all derived from the previous three.

From memory, I think I saw a video on the PineTab demonstrating the ability to detect orientation, so there is likely at least a gyroscope/acceleration.
