No, the dual SATA solution available involves a PCIE x4 board and a case designed to fit the SBC, board, fan, heatsink and disks.

there are also people on this forum who have gotten PCIE SATA board supporting 5+ drives to work with the RockPro64. So there are some pretty interesting options around. I did take a look at SupTronics and saw they had some fun looking toys as well - I will likely eventually get something Rpi so run alongside my PINE64 stuff, so I will try to keep them in mind.
