Will the Pine Phone 64 work in Germany?

I have had this SIM in a bunch of Android phones over the last years and have not had this problem until now. I live in a big city in Bavaria, so far 4G has almost always been available to me with decent quality. I'm thinking about testing with another distro latest on the weekend, so I hope I can say more then.
