[SOLVED] Red light flashes next to barrel-port

So looks like the root cause of the red light flashing (the battery not charging) can vary from case to case. But in my case I'm pretty sure it is related to power draw - just now I caught an exact balance where I pause download for single file and the light doesn't flash, but as soon as I resume the single download thread it start flashing. I pause it again and it stops flashing. Immediately. Now, I had cooling pad plugged in into one of the USB ports, with fans turned on. As soon I turned off the fans I could have one and even more download threads without red light flashing. And the reaction is pretty much immediate.
