According my colleague it seems that even if you are buying something for yourself (not the company which want resell products) and amount of shipment is over 150EUR you will need provide some extra documents (perhaps some certificates that products are not copies/fakes of some other vendors) to customs people.
In my case I purchased components in amount around 220USD (around 200EUR) what clearly exceeds 150EUR limit.
