My PM and email inboxes are full to the brink with people asking me to check their orders (many of which are resolved because units already shipped / issues were solved). So I'd like to make everyone aware that I will not check order / support status for anyone at this point in time.
Here is the reason: if I do it for person X then I'd also have to do it for person Y, as this is the only fair thing to do. I simply do not have the time to do this.
Moreover, support and sales basically want us (this includes TL) to stay out of it, as us intervening basically created chaos for them. This is something which we need to respect.
So, you will need to wait for support / sales team to get to your ticket or email.
