You're rightfully annoyed... over the product shipment situation, customer service situation, and the post by that person who obviously didn't read and process what you wrote.
Hopefully we'll be given an update sooner than later. And hopefully your order won't get canceled and you receive your unit along with the rest of us. It's been a week since our last effective update
