Pinebook Pro & PinePhone shipping progress (2020)

Hi, just two questions about customs clearance.
Does the pinephone come with invoice or part list?
My phone has been sitting for three days at the customs office.
DHL parcel tracking  system says that they will try to contact the importer (me) to obtain the missing documents, which they haven't done yet.
Any likely experiences to share?

@fernando_c_m PP came here (CZ) with invoice and wpx (no idea). And the only addition the custom wanted was shipping price. So, I send them payment pdf from PayPal and got my PP next day (+pay VAT + 22EUR for service).
DHL send me SMS and e-mail with link where I provided the staff remotely. BTW, there is "contact us" button on tracking DHL page .

I am from Czech Republic as well.. how much it was the total amount you paid with VAT?
