First time I hear of this. Which customs (country)? did you reach out to them to ask what it is they actually want?

I sent a support request to DHL but they didn't answer yet.
My fears are the phone will just be returned to sender given the amount of work needed to obtain the missing documents is too much in the current world situation.
We had a couple of such cases in my company. No one bothered to contact us to ask for further information. They just returned the parcels.
