Pine Phone Brave Heart November pre-order date ?

*  What is the "Official Date"  the Brave Heart Pre Orders sales open ?
  One post said November 1st
Another said November 5th
Still another said November 15-17th

We're still bouncing a bit back-and-forth on this. Should be specified in the upcoming community update.

So,   the November 1st date has already passed.
I see the Pinebook Pro pre-orders are set to re-open on November 5th,   so that may not be a great day to open the Brave Heart pre-orders.?

Also,  On the day that sales do open,  is that at 00:01am  China time  ?
