Please don't yell at me.  Due to me work, I cannot monitor this forum everyday.  I have never received an email from the Sale Team even though I preordered on the first day?

Is there a timeframe?  I just want to make sure I am not missing it!

You should have a confirmation email. Maybe in spam. Info about the coupons to actually order can be found in the coupon thread, I think stickied in this board. But basically you will be waiting another few weeks for coupon. The thread has a lot more info though.
