Hi kardanadm,
This simply means the TUN driver is not built/compiled with the kernel. As a result there is no tunnel device, and OpenVPN cannot make use of it.
You could try to recompile the kernel with the TUN driver, or you could ask Luke or MrFixit to include it in the next version
