It has an EXCELLENT setup menu, and it's really fast!
I think it's faster than the bionic lxde.
I think I commented out something in the /etc/X11/xorg.conf file, don't remember if it was a line that said "armsoc" or not, but it might be.
Try commenting out the driver line in that file and see if that helps.
Thanks for posting this, I was able to get xorg to run by doing this, but does this prevent X from utilizing the MALI T-860?
