In general, we try to use ems and post.
I would recommend that you use EMS because normal post via China Post takes horribly long to ship.

In general, EMS is the first pick. Such as all shipment to US and England are EMS and takes about one week. Unless in some rare case, most shipment will have tracking number.

if all shipment are from PRC and using EMS, why US shipping is the lowest? (7 USD)
