Hi there, I was wondering where I'm at in the shipping queue, and whether there's anything I could do to speed up getting my backer rewards and addons; my son's getting antsy about putting his together

Thanks for looking into it!  I got the boards and accessories; they arrived with a few pins bent and poking through the static bags, but those straightened out easily enough and the boards tested fine so the damage appears to have been superficial.  I haven't tested the touchscreen or airmouse yet, but I plan to once the enclosures and batteries arrive.  Any word on when that might be?

If there is DOA case, we will responsible and handle. Enclosure should be ship out on late this month. Regarding battery, the US office should have shipped to you few weeks ago on separate shipment thru USPS. If you still not yet received, I needs to inform US team.

When you mentioned battery, I assume is the 7000mAH Lithium Battery. If this is the case, please PM me the following info and I will ask US team to ship out the battery to you.
