When will my board ship?

I had a order of pine64 at the end of February and paid immediately .
The office website said about shipment: Will ship in May but not later than May.
It's been too long time now. But no any information about shipment.
I requested  for a refund, so far there was no response from support@pine64.com or sales@pine64.com

Could you please give me some information about #102226852?

Just check and look like this is an internal China shipment and the shipment should has been shipped. I will check with shipping facility today and provide you an answer.

Thanks for help. But I was very disappointed that  it did not ship in accordance with the promised time,  and so far there was no tracking number about shipment without any notifications.

Sung Fong express already pickup your shipment on Friday and you should be received on this week. However, I have not recived teh tracking number from shipping facility yet.
