If you already have the IMG, you can just drag and drop it into the Pine Installer window instead of clicking "Choose an OS". The "Choose" button was initially setup to present a list of downloadable options, much like the RasPi Imager app, but IIRC the sources initially used have been replaced or abandoned and many of the initial IMGs are now outdated.
