Does anyone know which testpoint is for Fel boot?

I figured it out!

I measured each testpoint when the phone was plugged in to find the ones that are ~3V. On startup I then shorted them individually to ground while plugging it into my computer. It's the second testpoint of the 6 next to the radio on the top side of the mainboard.

Here are pictures of the mod I did to make it available from just in the battery cover:
