Placed my store order in February, got a ship notice on May 27th, and it appears the best I have so far is a label thats been created. 2+ weeks later, still not shipped? WTH? And now I see an April 20th store customer received their order?...4 boards of the same type I ordered? Are they just picking random names out of a hat to see who gets theirs next???
More infuriating, no response from anyone, as to status. I understand delays of all kinds, but have the freaking professional courtesy to answer an email, or in this case, multiple emails. And no more excuses; give us honest complete answers as to what is really going on.
I am sympathetic to those who have yet to receive their KS orders, I'd be ultra-pi**d too. If Kickstarter was doing a class on how not to run a campaign, they have their case study right here.
