Your power settings are to only turn the display off, not suspend? Then it is not surprising that the battery is drained very quickly. Make sure you keep suspend enabled (it is enabled by default) if you want lower power consumption in standby.

Also, whatever you do, it is always a good idea to leave the PinePhone plugged in overnight and only plug it out when you actually leave home. (Yes, it probably makes the battery fail faster. But we are still taking about years, and a compatible replacement battery is cheap and widely available.)
