I had a similar issue when I initially tried to charge it with a Pixel brick that was at the highest recommended limit of the device. Switching to one with a lower amperage, I think 0.5 amps less, it didn't overheat near as bad, With the keyboard case however, I can plug this charger into the case, and the lower one into the phone, and it makes it charge "faster", without the overheating issue either.(06-16-2023, 07:08 AM)Melechtna Wrote: My phone barely even gets warm with the keyboard case acting as both a larger sink and I never lay it phone side down. The device itself just never wakes from sleep.Interesting. Mine gets really warm/hot when charging, and is always warm when 'dead' in the morning I think...
@topic: It seems that the position (or 'cooling') of the phone doesn't really matter, I think now I was wrong on this. (Or... that has changed because of summer... )
