Ok after taking a deeper look into the ALSA configuration it turned out that for some reason there was a missing " inside of the /usr/share/alsa/ucm2/Pine64/PinePhonePro/VoiceCall.conf file. (i would be intruiged to know why it was suddenly missing, maybe my cheapo sd card is dying)
Also the dmesg error is unrelated as DMIC clock is the Digital Microphone clock (havent looked into the schematics if it is even used)
